Our team works with a variety of public and private-sector clients, predominantly in California. We also welcome environmental professionals with knowledge of the wider western United States, as well, particularly the Rocky Mountain region.

In addition to our full-time and part-time staff, Amigo partners with independent contractors. These affiliates help to support and supplement our field practice on an as-needed basis.

Biologist/Biological Monitor (CA - Part-time - Remote)

Amigo Environmental, LLC is looking to expand our natural resources team, and we are seeking a Biologist and Biological Monitor to support a variety of environmental projects involving a range of field and office duties. In this position, you will conduct biological field surveys, monitor construction and other ground disturbing activities, and prepare field survey and monitoring reports. Your work will help to establish and expand Amigo’s natural resources team throughout California. In this role, you will have daily coordination and collaboration with a multi-disciplinary project team to accomplish shared objectives. Travel, including overnight stays, may be required for this position. Fieldwork will be located primarily in the southern California region.

Waters Surveyor and Monitor (CA - Part-time - Remote)

Amigo Environmental, LLC is looking to expand our natural resources team, and we are seeking a Wetland & Waters Surveyor and Monitor to support a variety of environmental projects involving a range of field and office duties. In this position, you will conduct field surveys, monitor construction and other ground disturbing activities, and prepare field survey and monitoring reports for work locations with potential jurisdictional wetland and waters resource sensitivities. Your work will help to establish and expand Amigo’s natural resources team throughout California. In this role, you will have daily coordination and collaboration with a multi-disciplinary project team to accomplish shared objectives. Travel, including overnight stays, may be required for this position. Fieldwork will be located primarily in the southern California region.
