Amigo Environmental, Inc. is a successor company to Amigo Bag & Lining, originally founded in 1994. Operating from a 25,000 square ft. facility in Richmond, CA, Amigo provides products and services from our three main product lines to customers regionally and nationally.
With new ownership in place since March, 2002 (formerly “Amigo Bag & Lining”), Amigo's management team brings a wealth of industry and business experience to the company in its mission to provide cost-effective and value added products and services to its customers, ranging from Fortune 500 enterprises to local, micro businesses.
Management Team
 Amigo Environmental’s CEO, Miss Desa Bubnovich, has served in a variety of senior financial and operations management positions at Fortune 1000 and start-up companies, including nine years in the waste industry, heading operating locations in Northern California and New York. Most recently, she worked in Silicon Valley as the co-founder of a DSP software start-up and silicon solution provider.  Jack Mason serves as Amigo’s President and General Manager. Also hailing from the waste industry and high technology, Jack is a native of Michigan who has called California home for over twenty years, bringing extensive operational, accounting and management expertise to the Amigo team.
